Founded in 1930 in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley, Château Musar has become one of the most iconic and distinctive wineries in the world. From Gaston Hochar’s early vision to Serge Hochar’s legendary winemaking legacy, Musar has never followed trends — it has defined its own path.

We are delighted to welcome Marek Wilimowski from Château Musar, who will guide you through a curated selection of wines that reflect decades of craft, patience and character.

Each wine will be paired with a four-course menu created by Chef Gary Pearce and his team, designed to complement and elevate every pour.
